1、主要研究内容和拟解决的关键问题
1.1主要研究内容
考虑我国供应链实践中的多渠道销售模式,研究多营销渠道供应链的优化运作理论与方法。具体包括以下三部分:
(1)供应链内企业多渠道供应链运作决策模型和协调策略研究
主要研究供应链内企业选择多渠道时供应链企业如何去协调多渠道间的冲突、如何确定不同多渠道模式下供应链的生产/订货/定价决策等,具体内容包括:
(i)研究仅供应商(或仅零售商)有多渠道的供应链的生产/订货与定价决策;
